The manager is responsible for managing the store’s daily operations, which include hiring and training, scheduling, inventory and money management, maintaining health codes, and ensuring satisfactory customer service. The manager must be able to lead by example and direction, and to provide clear goals to promote a team spirit among the crew. Communication skills, good manners, and a positive outlook are important. The manager must be Safe Serve Certified and have, preferably, some management experience. Snoopy’s requires background checks and drug tests for this position.

Shift Leader

The Shift Leader must know “the Snoopy’s Way” and be able to perform any of the jobs in order to oversee and train crew members. The Shift Leader will assist the manager in overseeing proper food safety handling, inventory, and money. This person must be able to lead by example, as well as to give directions to others. Snoopy’s requires background checks and drug tests for this position.

Crew Member

As a crew member, the main duty is serve Snoopy’s food items correctly in “the Snoopy’s Way” to customers in a friendly and timely way. Crew members are trained on all stations, although they may work primarily on one. Good manners, proper personal hygiene, promptness, and the ability to work well with others are a must.
